Overall Master List of Rares (Includes Both Spawning and non-Spawning Items):

As a side note on why there is a list of Non-Spawning items on the Master List, whenever a shard is Born (first put into service) or has major changes, like when T2a came out, when Trammel was added, and when UO3d was put into service TONs of non-spawning server birth rares spawn. Almost all of them will sell in the 2 million and up range, basically if you find one you're set for life. That is why that's in this guide.

When I started in Ultima online I had some fundamental reality problems with what I could and couldn't accomplish alone.

I Felt that if I could ever have enough money to -buy- a tower (The large one) I would find a place to put it, That if I was a GM Swords/Tactics/Parry I might be able to Kill a dragon with my sword, and that if I worked my tail off in the mines every night I would eventually be the Richest player.

On the first two issues I was flat wrong, and I invested months figuring that out, I was wrong about mining being the way to be the "Richest" player, I made a lot of money but it was really not that much considering what other people had Earned (Not Duped..Special place in hell for dupers..lol).

I eventually learned three things:

  • 1-There is always a better way,

  • 2-Its (No matter what) not imposable.

  • 3-If I wanted to amount to anything at all I was going to have to work with people.

Of all the things I have learned, the most important is that anyone can do anything if they work with other people towards obtaining that Goal. Although as far as I know it's impossible for a melee fighter to solo a dragon, I have Killed several dragons with my Archer, Tamer and Mages. My Main melee fighter has even been in on a Group Slug fest with a dragon and managed to kill it (Dying in the process lol)

Rares hunting and collecting is not for hermits. Sure if your Diligent even a hermit will collect a good size collection, but a Diligent collector that works with people will be able to amass a Titanic rares collection through the free market for gold, or by trading with other rares enthusiasts as well as making the rounds of spawn points.

Working with people through learning, trade, mutual assistance will get you almost anything your heart desires.
